Blending craft and movement therapy. Makers will produce knitted and crocheted squares to go towards the “Blankets for London” project, which donates to unhoused individuals in London. There will be a gentle stretching session led by physiotherapist Rosmunda catering for all abilities and bodies.

Join Yi Crafts for a day of slow, mediative stitching, where you will experiment with sashiko embroidery on an indigo or wine red natural cotton jacket to take away with you. Sashiko, meaning ‘little stab’, is the Japanese art of stitching beautiful patterns using running stitch.
