CRAFTING & STRETCHING SESSION / HOSTED BY CRAFT FORWARD AND ROSAMUNDA AVAGLIANO

Blending craft and movement therapy. Makers will produce knitted and crocheted squares to go towards the “Blankets for London” project, which donates to unhoused individuals in London. There will be a gentle stretching session led by physiotherapist Rosmunda catering for all abilities and bodies.
